A Great Set of Lights!

These are great lights. Aside from the obvious benefits (low-energy usage longevity ruggedness etc.) I was most pleased that the barrel (base) of each Neo-Neon brand light is truly round and fits perfectly in standard gutter/shingle clips. Other brands have odd-shaped bases and will fall out of the clips too easily. The price listed here is the cheapest I have seen anywhere as well. The only negative is that warm white LEDs are a bit dimmer and slightly bluer than standard C7 lights. I lined the house with the LEDs and put standard mini-lights in the shrubs. From a distance you don't notice the difference much. Up close the pairing has a cool "silver and gold" look which we didn't expect but we like. The worst service ever

I usually don't take the time to write reviews but I feel like I need to do it for others to take into consideration. I decided to buy this lights for my weading but everything went wrong. I waited and waited and the lights never arrived. When I contacted customer service they told me that USPS informed that there was insufficient information on the address and my packet could not be delivered. When I confirmed the address everything was correct. I insist about what happened and they continue telling me that the error was with USPS and that they will refund me the money less the shipping. For me that was unacceptable because I didn't choose USPS or I didn't even send the packet so at this point I don't have the lights and I lost the shipping. Finally the company's "Customer Service" write this final email:



Shame on you-the Post office screws up and you blame us and to send to another adress-WOW- I did refund all your money-before your stupid email--yes ALL of it-while we now go broke oh whoa is us!!!!

After 37 years we are going broke!



All youi had to do was say the DAMN Post Office screwed up---



NOT US we used your address your mail person hate you- OH WHOA is us we is goin broke- what are we goin do!!!!!!

Great-Looking (Non-Holiday) Ambient Decorative Lighting

I actually purchased two boxes of these from a local home improvement center sometime between Thanksgiving and Christmas of last year. I purchased them solely as ambient exterior lighting around my home. Since they looked so good I decided to purchase two more boxes; however that store no longer carried them since they were just a seasonal item (they only carry them during the Christmas Holiday season). So I did an internet search and found them here on Amazon. The price was 'right' so I ordered two boxes. They arrived quickly and were just what I had ordered and what I had expected. Like another reviewer had mentioned I too had lost a couple of the lenses which had 'popped off' one night during a freezing snowstorm. Unfortunately because of their crystalline appearance/design I could not find them anywhere. Fortunately I eventually found them both after the snow had melted away. Evidently those two lenses must've become unseated during shipment because after 'snapping' them back into place they have remained in place during subsequent freezing snowfalls. Their illumination is just bright enough for me and I really enjoy their subdued glow (not too bright and not too dull). Best of all since they are LED they hardly consume any power whatsoever and I have 'burned' these bulbs nearly every night for six months now. All remains well...cheers.More detail ...
